IG541 Mixed Gas Automatic Fire Suppression System


Product Introduction:
  IG541 mixed gas extinguishing agent is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic, and non-conductive pure "green" compressed gas. It is composed of atmospheric gases—nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide—with abundant raw materials. During the fire extinguishing process, it does not obstruct people's vision and does not produce temperature differences or corrosive decomposition products. The release of the extinguishing agent simply returns the gases to their natural state. It has no ozone depletion potential (ODP), does not produce a "greenhouse effect," and does not produce chemical substances that damage the atmosphere. It does not cause the toxicity problems associated with halogenated alkanes and their alternative extinguishing agents during the fire extinguishing process. It is an ideal extinguishing agent suitable for places where people frequently work.

2.System component structure
(1) Fire extinguishing agent cylinder group: The IG541 mixed gas fire extinguishing cylinder group includes fire extinguishing agent and storage containers, container valves, safety relief devices, pressure gauges, etc.
(2)Container valve: The container valve is installed on the fire extinguishing agent storage cylinder to seal the fire extinguishing agent inside the cylinder. In case of fire, the container valve is usually opened by the starting gas to release the fire extinguishing agent and carry out the fire suppression
(3)Gas actuator: The gas actuator is installed on the container and is used to start the container valve. When a fire occurs, the controller issues a fire extinguishing command, which triggers the corresponding drive gas cylinder group of the selection valve. The drive gas cylinder group releases the starting gas, opens the corresponding selection valve, and the starting gas passes through the gas check valve. The starting pipeline enters the gas driver, pushing the knife switch inside the gas driver to Pierce the working diaphragm in the container valve, opening the container valve. The container valve releases the fire extinguishing agent to implement the fire extinguishing.
(4)Drive gas cylinder group: Composed of gas cylinders and electromagnetic start valves.
(5)Drive gas cylinder group - container valve: The manual/solenoid valve is mainly composed of the valve body, connecting seat, electromagnet, push rod, spring, manual button, manual safety pin, etc.
(6)Electromagnetic driver:The electromagnetic container valve is installed on the starting gas storage cylinder to seal the starting gas inside the cylinder. When a fire occurs, the controller issues a fire extinguishing command, which activates the electromagnet inside the electromagnetic container valve, opens the electromagnetic container valve, and releases the starting gas. The starting gas then passes through the starting pipeline to open the corresponding selection valve and container valve, releasing the fire extinguishing agent and implementing the fire extinguishing.
